We do submit the talent for these roles as well. This also gives talent experience which can be added to their resume.

Please read the rules below about being on set. This is very important. Also, view our FAQs section. If at any time you have a question or a complaint, please feel free to contact Storm Agency.

Rules and Guidelines:

The following guidelines have been created to ensure that all talent with Storm Agency, LLC. are aware of what is expected as being part of Storm. Remember when you are on set you are not only representing yourself but, you are representing all the talent at Storm Agency!

All talent who report to set when booked must act accordingly. If for any reason these rules listed below are broken, Storm Agency reserves the right for immediate termination of the talent depending on the offense. Talent will be removed from the site and will no longer be submitted to any jobs through Storm Agency.

Rules and Etiquette on Set:

1. You must always bring a copy of your birth certificate, social security card, and proof of residence to set.

2.  Talent must be respectful at all times while on set.

3.  No ugly attitudes.

4.  No complaining.

Example: "We've been here on set for 6 hours and haven't filmed yet." We understand that production may fall behind schedule. It may take several times before they get the shoot. Your complaining will only slow things down more. Production will also notice your complaining and report it to casting. The bottom line, enough complaints, casting won't use you again. You go to set to work, not complain. If you feel the need to complain, you should stay home. Storm Agency booked you on this job, you accepted this job, so why complain about it?

5.  Be on time!

Late is never acceptable. If you are late, chances are you will not film and you will be sent home. Always arrive thirty minutes before your call time. It is better to sit and wait than to not film at all.

6.  No horseplay unless otherwise instructed by the director for filming.

Directors and production will not tolerate talent running around on set. Be sure to bring something small and quiet  entertain yourselves while on set. Example: Crayons and coloring books, Nintendo DSI, playing cards, puzzle books, books, iPods, etc...

7.  No loud talking or yelling.

Production is all around you. If production cannot hear their radios, this causes complications on set. To all talent: We realize you are excited about being on set. Storm Agency is excited as well. However, please treat the set as you would your professional day job. Other talent or crew do not want to hear you brag about everything you have ever done. Every talent thinks they are the greatest and they are, but you DON'T want to come across as a stage mom or stuck on yourself. Also, please do not talk about other talent or people in the indusrty in a negative manor. You never know who is listening.

8.  Follow all orders given by production.

Do not interrupt when filming for any reason. Example: Calling “cut” to adjust your child’s hair or wardrobe (stage parents are not tolerated). Quiet on set means keep your mouth shut, not even a whisper. Stand or sit well out of the way of the camera or monitor. All cell phones should be turned off or placed on vibrate. The microphones on set are highly sensitive and will pick up the slightest sound (example: kicking a pebble or shuffling feet). Storm Agency does not intend to come across as mean on this, but this is out of respect for all cast and crew so the scene does not have to be re-shoot. Time is money!

8.  Make sure you get the proper amount of sleep.

Being on set may require 6 or more hours of your time. The last thing a director, production or crew wants is to have a cranky talent on set. The film crew will not be happy and neither will you.

9.  Eat prior to coming on set.

Please eat before going to set. Even though craft services (food on set) is provided, cast and crew eats before background/extras. If you are an extra, lunch or dinner may be delayed, so please bring small snacks and water to hold you over (snack bar, fruit, small bag of chips, drinks, etc...).

                                                  ATTENTION TALENT

Please remember, you or your child may be on set with someone who is affiliated with Storm Agency. When we have talent on set, we get numerous phone calls throughout the day reporting what talent and their parents are doing on set. When we receive phone calls about disorderly talent and/or parents, it is noted immediately in the talent's file with date, time and set. Depending on the complaint and after speaking over the phone one-on-one with talent and or parent, the decision will be made about termination of the talent from our agency. The first offense will be a warning. If the same offense happens again, regardless of which set, the talent will be immediately terminated.

The talent as well as their parents are on set representing Storm Agency. Storm Agency will not tolerate the tarnishing of its name or their talent. We pride ourselves on our talent. When you act disorderly on set, not only do you give yourself a bad reputation, but you are also giving all the Storm Agency talent a bad reputation. Remember, one bad apple spoils the whole bunch. Talent do not want to ruin their career by being disorderly or by being a nuisance. Word travels like wildfire in this industry!

It is GREAT doing business with you and we are happy to have you as a part of Storm Agency!
